Our volunteers are the heart of Friends of the Art Museum Fort Lauderdale. From membership luncheons and the holiday party to educational field trips and our Spring Fundraiser, nearly everything we do is made possible by Friends who give their time and talents. Whether you have a few hours a year or a few each month, there’s a place for you.
Getting involved is also one of the best ways to enjoy your membership. You’ll work alongside fellow art lovers, get a behind-the-scenes look at how our programs come together, and — as so many of our volunteers will tell you — make some wonderful new friends along the way.

Choose as many areas as you like across our year-round activities and our Spring Fundraiser — there’s no minimum commitment, and we’ll match you with opportunities that fit your interests and schedule. Our year runs July 1 through June 30, and volunteering is open to all NSU Art Museum members.
